Hema Kaladeen
Hi, I’m Hema.
I am determined to improve and maintain the health of my patients by providing compassionate, attentive, individualized patient care that adheres to current evidence-based guidelines. I believe that focusing on health promotion and disease prevention is the key to achieving optimal patient outcomes.
As a nurse practitioner in Peoria, I believe that it is extremely important to help patients figure out how to prevent diseases so that they never have to experience all the complications that can occur with so many preventable diseases. I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my patients and providing them with the information that they need to make healthy lifestyle choices.
