We have you covered for preventative care, common illnesses, or chronic conditions. Membership includes all in-person appointments, telemedicine appointments, plus 24/7 on call provider access.

Triage Your Urgent Care Needs
We are available 24/7 for urgent care situations, providing medical assessments or procedures such as sutures, basic splinting, and wound care.

In-office labs include urine testing, strep/flu, EKG, COVID, Mono, pregnancy tests & more. Other tests such as Basic Visual Screenings, Health Risk Assessments, Peak Flow Testing, and Spirometry Testing are also included.

Samples Drawn In-House
Any labs or imaging needs that we cannot perform on-site, we refer to other imaging facilities that offer transparent pricing. Examples include Hemoglobin A1C, Lipid Panel or TSH for $5.

Services range from short-term interventions, resource connections, and medication management, addressing various mental health needs in a convenient primary care setting.
*Ark Family Health has negotiated with top providers for discounted or wholesale rates on labs, imaging services, and medication. Our members can get these services or medications at discounted rates plus a 10% fee to cover administrative costs. This keeps all out-of-pocket medical spending to a minimum.
